446th day of the Tens

Military Intelligence renders itself obsolete like the old warheads of the Cold War. If only. MI5 receives word from travellers these days in the interests of National Security, regularly returning. The worthy, those who travail across Europe and return, tell the authorities what they know. Reports suggest that this kind of intelligence passes muster, and so, it gets passed on after into more reliable hands and more reliable authorities. We receive regular word, here @zeroequalsthree, that the terrorists, who ever they choose to attack, may possesses and share the possibility of nuclear capability, and, if in the wrong hands, the employability. We do not as yet know whether a technology could deploy a nuclear warhead without catching the Private Eye.
The way that this intelligence finds assimilation interests us as it may provide clues to the secret machinations and surreptitous movements of cell branches of many different kinds. What would the IRA do with such information?
